Urgent Appointments when we are closed

If you urgently need medical advice or treatment (but it is not an emergency) you should contact the 111 service by dialling 111 or 111 or 111. The service is there to deal with urgent problems which cannot wait until the Surgery is open again.

Calls will be answered by nurses and triaged as appropriate.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

You should call 111 if you think you need to go to A&E or another NHS urgent care service, if you don’t know who to call for medical help, or if you need information about a health issue.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
