If you need to cancel, change or request a routine Nurse, GP or physiotherapy appointment please email our reception team on the above email address.
A receptionist will then respond to your email confirming your cancellation/change of appointment or follow up with times and dates we can offer for the routine appointments requested.
Alternatively they will arrange a time that is good to call and arrange the appointment with yourself.
